History of the Ellerslie Flower Show.
I n 1944 The Rotary Club of Auckland decided to create a flower show that reflected the aims of the Famous Chelsea Flower Show. The first show was at the Ellerslie Racecourse. In 1998 the show moved to Auckland and in 2009 it moved to Christchurch
